License Policy

Informatics Management, Engineering and Information System Journal (IMEISJ) is published by STMIK Mardira Indonesia. The journal’s publication license is held by STMIK Mardira Indonesia as the responsible higher education institution and publisher.

1. License Ownership

STMIK Mardira Indonesia holds the institutional license for the publication, management, distribution, and dissemination of scholarly articles published in IMEISJ, subject to applicable agreements and publication policies.

The institutional license authorizes the journal to manage and disseminate published scholarly content through its official journal website and other authorized publication platforms.

The ownership of the institutional publication license does not automatically transfer the copyright of individual articles to the institution. Copyright ownership and publication rights are governed by the journal’s copyright policy and the applicable publication agreement.

2. Publication and Distribution Rights

IMEISJ is authorized to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make its published articles available through its official electronic publication platform in accordance with the applicable publication agreement and licensing terms.

Authors are required to comply with the journal’s publication policies and to confirm that they have the necessary rights to submit and publish their manuscripts.

The journal will provide clear information about the applicable license and the permitted use of published content on its website and in the associated article records.

3. Institutional Responsibility

STMIK Mardira Indonesia, as the institution responsible for publishing IMEISJ, supports the proper administration of publication rights and the dissemination of scholarly research.

The institution and the journal management team are responsible for ensuring that the journal’s licensing information is transparent, consistently applied, and aligned with applicable copyright regulations and publication agreements.
