Plagiarism Policy
The Journal Pengabdian Masyarakat : Bisnis dan Iptek (JPMBISTEK) is committed to eliminating plagiarism in all its forms. To that end, we strictly enforce an anti-plagiarism policy in which each paper that is submitted is subjected to a Turnitin application check and requires the signer to provide a Statement of Originality.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. Journal Pengabdian Masyarakat : Bisnis dan Iptek (JPMBISTEK) uses plagiarism checker to screen articles for detecting plagiarism. Detection of overlapping and similar text is used there and so quotations and appropriate citations have to be used whenever required. For checking Plagiarism, Journal Pengabdian Masyarakat : Bisnis dan Iptek (JPMBISTEK) Editorial Board will screen plagiarism using Turnitin. If it is found plagiarism indication (above 20%), the editorial board will reject the manuscript immediately. Before publishing, it is required to obtain written confirmation from authors concerning to Originalty Statement from Author(s). This statement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author(s) where applicable.
