Maintained product quality, such as distinctive taste and visual appearance, influences consumers' positive preferences, according to sensory evaluation. The case study shows that menu innovation, especially in terms of variations in taste and presentation, is the key to the success of the fried banana culinary business. It is proven that digital marketing strategies such as special promotions and an active presence on social media can increase visibility and sales. The integration results emphasize that success in this industry requires a combination of consistent high-quality products, continuous innovation and the use of smart digital marketing strategies. The discussion acknowledges study limitations such as sample size and geographic scope, but also emphasizes the relevance of the results to the existing literature. So, to achieve long-term success in the dynamic fried banana culinary industry, the combination of these important components provides a strong foundation. They suggest maintaining product quality standards, developing an ever-changing menu, and using a more sophisticated digital marketing approach. To explore the dimensions of resilience skill as a competence on employee contextual performance, the author employed a survey approach among retail employees in Bandung. The sample consisted of 74 employees who willingly participated in the study. The model's predictions were tested using non-parametric PLS-SEM, preceded by validity and reliability testing of the research instruments. The results of exploring the dimensions of resilience skill as a competence on employee contextual performance revealed that all dimensions significantly impacted employee contextual performance. It is essential to acknowledge the limitations of this research, which include the focus on resilience as a competence and the use of a limited sample size through a cross-sectional survey. These limitations suggest that the findings may only be generalizable to some contexts. Further research is needed to explore other competencies and consider longitudinal studies for a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy, and contextual performance.
2024-07-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Iwan Sidharta https://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/288 Design Of a Portal Website for One of The High Schools in Bandung 2024-05-27T12:16:26+00:00 Cahyo Hermanto cahyo@stmik-mi.ac.id Rahmat Anggit Wahyudi ranggitwe@gmail.com
This study aims to create and construct a web gateway for a secondary school in Bandung. Effective implementation of an information system necessitates strategic planning inside an organization to capitalize on the advantages of the information system implementation fully. This also applies to a Vocational High School in Cimahi. The school encounters many obstacles, including managing school data and performance assessments and requiring a unified system across departments to facilitate the school's operational procedures. Strategic planning establishes specific objectives, such as integrating information systems in academic and non-academic operations, overseeing school data management, enhancing infrastructure management efficiency, and boosting competitiveness by developing a web-based school support system for information and promotional purposes. Aligning the information system's strategies with the school's business strategies will aid in accomplishing these objectives. Developing information system strategies necessitates alignment with the organization's existing business strategies. This research examines the strategic information system planning process, specifically employing the Ward-Peppard technique.
