The utilization of information technology has experienced a substantial rise in the current digital age, particularly in the realm of healthcare. An integrated and readily accessible information system is required to oversee diverse operations in the pharmacy, including drug procurement, stock management, prescription services, and sales. This study aims to create an information system that may enhance drug procurement efficiency and monitor drug expiration in a pharmacy located in Bandung. Anticipated enhancements are likely to optimize the pharmacy's operational efficiency. The expiration of pharmaceuticals can be attributed to several factors, such as the absence of regular drug inspections due to staffing constraints, human mistakes, excessive drug procurement, and unpredictable patient demands. In order to tackle these problems, it is necessary to implement a system that can detect expired drugs. The purpose of this system is to streamline the management of drug inventory by monitoring and tracking expired drugs. It also implements the First Expired First Out (FEFO) strategy, which prioritizes the usage of drugs with closer expiration dates over those with longer expiration dates.
Nisa Nur Malasari, Jajat Sudrajat Copyright (c) 2024 Jajat Sudrajat, Nisa Nur Malasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/243 Fri, 12 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 I-Pos Information System Security Audit Using Framework Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies 2019 And Information Technology Infrastructure Library 4 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/236
Information system security is used to protect against cyber attack crimes. Consumers are currently presented with various cashless payment systems that are considered more convenient than previous payment methods. One of the cashless payment systems that are widely used today is QRIS or Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. However, until now there has been no instrument that specifically measures the e-service quality provided by PJSP QRIS to its merchants. This research aims to provide alternative e-service quality with more specific indicators at PJSP QRIS for micro business merchants in Bandung City, with the E-Service Quality and IS Success approaches.

In this study, the subjects observed were micro business merchants in Bandung City who used QRIS for their payment system. Respondents were determined based on non-probability sampling with a judgmental sampling technique of 190 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) approach to categorize and determine what factors make up the dimensions of electronic service quality. Consumer behavior has experienced a substantial transformation in the present digital age. Many people opt for Internet purchasing due to the ease, accessibility, and flexibility it provides. The fashion industry is not immune to this phenomenon, as internet retailers are gaining popularity as a preferred method for buying clothing and accessories. Online retailers offer advantages such as convenient access to product catalogs, the ability to purchase at any time and from any location, and a broader selection of options. This offers a substantial opportunity for fashion retailers to access a larger pool of potential customers and enhance their market dominance.

The sales process in a particular fashion store now depends on a traditional system involving direct transactions at the physical store and maintaining sales data through paper documents. This technique encounters multiple impediments that must be surmounted. A significant challenge is the limited accessibility to clients beyond the geographical confines of the physical business. In addition, using paper documents to manage sales data also needs to be improved in efficiency and accuracy. The method is laborious and prone to human errors.

As inferred from the background description, the author's objective is to develop a web-based sales information system for a fashion retailer utilizing the business-to-customer approach. This system will streamline the sales process and aid in managing sales data, encompassing product data, customer data, and transactions. The system development will utilize the PHP programming language and the MySQL database, widely employed in online development. The research methodologies encompass literature review, observation, and interviews.

The chosen approach for system development is Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE), which utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling. This includes using various diagrams such as use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. Hence, the sales information system is anticipated to offer a more efficient resolution for carrying out sales procedures and enhancing data administration promptly, safely, and precisely. Implementing this strategy will enable the fashion store to expand its consumer base, particularly among individuals located beyond the geographical reach of the actual store, thereby improving overall business performance.
Nurmaidah Febrica Waruwu, Hasanah Tisna Amijaya Copyright (c) 2024 Nurmaidah Febrica Waruwu, Hasanah Tisna Amijaya https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/244 Fri, 12 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Influence of Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, And Share Ownership on Corporate Financial Performance with Corporate Social Responsibility as An Intervening Variable in Basic Industrial and Chemical Sector Companies Listed on the IDX, 2018 – 2022 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/227
This study aimed to examine and evaluate the impact of Green Accounting, Financial Performance, and
Stock Ownership on Corporate Financial Performance (CFP) in the primary and chemical industry sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022. This research also aimed to investigate the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an intervening variable in this relationship. The sample for this study comprised 80 companies operating in the primary and chemical industrial sectors listed on the BEI. The utilization of purposive sampling methodology chose the sample, and the analysis of the data was conducted using Eviews 9 software and Sobel calculations. This study's findings suggest that no statistically significant relationship exists between Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, Stock Ownership, and Corporate Financial Performance. The variable of interest, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), exerts a notable influence on the financial performance of corporations. Green Accounting and Environmental Performance variables exhibit a notable influence on Corporate Social Responsibility. However, the variable of Stock Ownership does not demonstrate a substantial impact on Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition, it can be observed that the variables of Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, and Stock Ownership do not exert independent influence on Corporate Financial Performance when mediated by Corporate Social Responsibility.
Roro Endah Kumalasari, Nita Yura Roslina, Tia Alvionita Copyright (c) 2024 Roro Endah Kumalasari, Nita Yura Roslina, Tia Alvionita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/227 Fri, 12 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Customer Product Choice: The Effect of Product Quality on Relative price and Price fairness and their implication on Customer Product Choice http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/235
This study examines the influence of product quality on individuals' perceptions of relative prices and price justice, as well as the potential consequences for consumer decision-making in product selection. This study employs robust statistical analysis to get insights into customers' decision-making processes when purchasing products and selecting brands, particularly about product attributes and pricing.

The study employed a non-parametric Structural Equation Modeling PLS technique, which involved a sample of 100 consumers who had previously consumed cigarette goods in the urban area of Bandung. The questionnaire was distributed through social media platforms, utilizing a Google Form link. The employed sample method is convenience sampling, wherein clients are requested to complete a structured questionnaire that has been supplied. The poll encompassed inquiries about participants' perceptions regarding the quality of the product, its comparable pricing, and the appropriateness of the price. The survey data were subjected to rigorous statistical analysis, encompassing several analytical techniques such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing.

The study's findings indicate that a product's quality plays a substantial role in shaping consumers' evaluations of comparable prices and perceptions of price justice. Consumers tend to make product selections predicated upon their subjective quality assessment, shaping their perception of the product's price. The presence of excellent product quality can mitigate price barriers, as customers exhibit a greater propensity to pay elevated costs for things they believe to possess superior quality.

Furthermore, this study demonstrates that comparable costs and the perception of price justice influence consumer product choices. This condition highlights the significance of prudent pricing within a company's marketing strategy, whereby competitive and equitable pricing can catalyze consumers to opt for specific products.

However, a further noteworthy discovery is that the relative pricing and price reasonableness factors do not influence customers' brand preferences. This condition suggests that when considering the choice of a brand, several elements, such as brand image, individual preferences, or distinctive brand characteristics, may exert a more significant impact. The correlation between product and brand compatibility plays a significant part in consumers' decision-making process when it comes to selecting a brand.

The findings of this study offer significant implications for businesses in enhancing their marketing and pricing strategies. Furthermore, they contribute to a more comprehensive comprehension of consumer decision-making processes within the product and brand choices framework. In order to achieve success in a competitive and dynamic business climate, it is imperative to possess a comprehensive comprehension of the various elements that impact consumer decision-making.
Dudung Juhana Copyright (c) 2024 Dudung Juhana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/235 Fri, 12 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Creating Of Electronic Filing System Based Microsoft Access at PT Mitra Rajawali Banjaran http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/186
PT. Mitra Rajawali Banjaran (PT.MRB) is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). PT.MRB is a medical equipment factory that produces various products such as condoms, syringes, gloves, and other medical devices. The company's current mail management activities still use manual methods, using handwritten agenda books as a tool for recording letters, which has some limitations in its usage. In an effort to overcome the problems that arise from manual mail management, an electronic mail management system is developed using Microsoft Access. This project aims to create an electronic archive system that can save time in recording and retrieving archives. The system development method used is the waterfall method, starting with data collection through literature study, observation, and interviews. The result of this project is a letter management application based on Microsoft Access. Based on testing and interviews with users, it was found that this system is quite effective in meeting the company's needs, including assisting in the process of archiving correspondence and searching for letters. The trial was conducted using 116 archived data for incoming and outgoing letters. 115 out of the 116 archived data were successfully found, resulting in an archival inaccuracy rate of 0.8%. This indicates that 0.8% of the evaluated archives had inaccuracies or errors in archive management. The lower the archival inaccuracy rate, the higher the accuracy and quality of archive management.
Manda Rahima Syarifatunnisa, Yayan Firmansyah Copyright (c) 2024 Yayan Firmansyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jurnal.stmik-mi.ac.id/index.php/jcb/article/view/186 Thu, 18 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700
